There’s something new on Level 1 at Dunedin Airport, with Provenance now open from Saturday, 18 April.

A menu shaped by the Lower South

Open daily from 5am, Provenance brings together a menu shaped by the Lower South. Take a seat at the bar to enjoy local beers on tap and Central Otago wines, or grab a booth and settle in with a freshly made pizza from the in-house oven.

Designed for both travellers and locals passing through, it’s a place to spend some time before your journey, without needing to head into town.

The menu features a range of lower South Island producers including Dunedin-based Emerson’s Brewery.

Part of the Level 1 reopening

The opening also marks the first step in bringing Level 1 back to life, as part of Dunedin Airport’s wider terminal enhancement programme. Further improvements will be shared at the official whakatāwea event on Tuesday, 28 April.

We’re pleased to welcome Provenance to the terminal and to see Level 1 beginning to take shape again. There’s more to come as we continue to enhance the experience for our community and visitors.
