The Information Counter can be found on the ground floor, directly in front of the main doors. Questions about parking, meeting rooms, finding your way around the terminal, and other general enquiries are welcome here.

Hours

Dunedin Airport is open from 4.30am until 20 minutes after the last arrival. We have staff available to help you throughout this time.

If unattended, please pick up the phone on our counter to speak with one of our Customer Experience staff, and they’ll be happy to help you.
